1 Account Registration and Eligibility
1.1 Age Requirement
To open an account on tkgam, you must meet the applicable minimum age under Bangladeshi law, which for this platform is 21 years or older. Providing a false age at registration is a serious violation and may result in account termination.
1.2 Single Account Policy
Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts may be suspended immediately and all balances may be forfeited.
1.3 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information
At registration, you must provide your correct name, address, contact details, and identification information. If false or incomplete information is provided, tkgam reserves the right to suspend or close the account at any time.
- It is the user's responsibility to keep the information on their account up to date at all times.
- The user is obligated to supply any documents required for identity verification.
- The user alone is fully responsible for keeping their account login credentials secure.
2 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
2.1 Accepted Payment Methods
tkgam currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Transactions attempted through any other method may be declined.
2.2 Minimum Limits
- Minimum deposit: ৳300 for each payment method.
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
- Typical withdrawal time: usually within 1 hour.
2.3 Verification and Anti-Money Laundering
Before processing a withdrawal, tkgam reserves the right to verify the user's identity and payment method. We take all necessary steps to prevent financial fraud and money laundering. For suspicious transactions, we reserve the right to request additional documents.
3 Bonuses and Promotions
3.1 Welcome Bonus
tkgam offers new users a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A 20x wagering requirement applies to this bonus. For example:
- ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
- ৳14,000 deposit → maximum ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳24,000
- Wagering requirement example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
Note that the wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
3.2 Bonus Usage Terms
- Bonuses may only be used to play games on the tkgam platform.
- Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
- If bonus benefits are misused, or if fraud or manipulation is attempted, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
- Each bonus offer may have its own expiry date; any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
3.3 VIP Program
Regular active users on tkgam can join our VIP program. There are five tiers:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
Users have the opportunity to advance to higher tiers based on their cumulative activity and engagement on the platform.
4 Prohibited Activities and Fair Play
tkgam is committed to maintaining a fair and secure environment for all users. The activities listed below are strictly prohibited:
- Cheating and fraud: Any attempt to commit fraud in any game, payment, or account information.
- Software abuse: Using bots, automation tools, or any unauthorized software.
- Collusion: Illegally coordinating with other players in live games.
- Money laundering: Attempting to launder funds obtained from illegal sources through the platform.
- Using another person's account: Accessing or using a third party's account.
- System hacking: Attempting unauthorized access to tkgam's technical infrastructure.
5 Intellectual Property and Copyright
All content on the tkgam website — including logos, graphics, designs, software, text, and game content — is the intellectual property of tkgam and its partner providers. Users are not entitled to reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use this content.
- Unauthorized use of any tkgam content may result in legal action.
- Game software is the intellectual property of Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and other respective providers.
- Users may use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only.
6 Privacy and Data Protection

8 Account Closure and Suspension
8.1 Account Closure by the User
Any user may request to close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed.
8.2 Account Suspension by tkgam
tkgam reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account without notice in any of the following circumstances:
- Violation of these terms and conditions.
- Suspicious or unlawful activity.
- Providing false or misleading information in account details.
- Suspicion of operating multiple accounts.
- Identification as an underage user.
9 Limitation of Liability
Users must be fully aware of the financial risks associated with gaming activities on the tkgam platform. tkgam accepts no liability for the following:
- Financial losses: Any financial loss resulting from losing in a game.
- Technical issues: Gameplay interrupted due to loss of internet connection or device failure.
- Third-party actions: Delays or issues caused by payment providers.
- Force majeure: Natural disasters, server attacks, or other unforeseen events.
However, tkgam always strives to provide the best service to its users. If correct funds are deducted due to a technical error, we will take appropriate action after investigation.
10 Changes to Terms
tkgam reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect from the moment they are published on this page.
- For significant changes, users may be notified by email or via a notice on the platform.
- Continued use of the platform after a change will be taken to mean that the user has accepted the new terms.
- If a user does not agree with the new terms, they may close their account.
11 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable law concerned. Any dispute between a user and tkgam will first be addressed through direct negotiation.
